Aeloo Studio will accept returns for exchange or store credit, on unworn merchandise with all original tags attached initiated within 30 days of your order shipping. Please note: items that have been tried on and show any signs of wear will not be accepted.
Once your return is delivered back to us, our team thoroughly inspects all items ensuring they are in new condition. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return is delivered back to us.
Aeloo Studio charges a $15 return fee on all returns for refund, store credit or exchange.
Please note, Aeloo Studio offers international return shipping for a flat fee of $25.
